Holidays here we come!

December is here already, can you believe it? We had a wonderful thanksgiving with both sides of the family. Thursday we celebrated with Mike's side and then on Friday we went to my sisters and celebrated with my family. It was nice to only have to go to one place on each day. The holidays are really unstressful for us in that respect.

We have been busy getting ready for Christmas now; putting up the outside Christmas lights, setting up the outside trees, getting the decorations up in the house and last but not least setting up and decorating our Christmas tree. The kids had a great time helping this year, and they were actually a help, instead of a hinderance like the other years. We ended with hot chocolate and watching Polar Express. I really love holiday traditions! This weekend we hope to make some Christmas cookies and decorate them with Grandma, another thing we do each year.

I have also been busy getting my pictures and scrapbook stuff in order as I go on my annual dec. trip next weekend! I can't wait to work on my projects and see a bunch of my girlfriends!

The kids are all doing well - they are getting so excited for Christmas! Izzie is getting so big and chubby, but she is a very happy and content baby so no complaints! Olivia sure is becoming a charismatic toddler! I think I could just sit and watch and listen to her all day. She is talking more and more and ALWAYS wants to help, but for the most part she does a good job. She recently started to say "No" to everything. She also took a liking to eating salads. Ethan and Avery are doing well too. Avery is in dance class now and has a performance coming up. Ethan has been loving the cold weather - he loves to play hockey and actually got to go to his cousins and play one time already.

Below are some recent pics:
