Last and First and a few photos in between

The kids had their last day of school on friday.  Next year we will have a 1st grader and a 3rd grader - it is hard to believe.  Well, actually and a pre-schooler as Olivia will start next year too!  It really makes me sad that they are growing up so fast!  They had a great year and never complained once about going to school, which is so nice.  They truley loved going and loved their teachers too!

Avery with her Teacher Mrs. Botz!  She will be Avery's teacher next year as well.  Mrs. Maus was also Avery's teacher and we loved her too!  She had a baby in March so Mrs. Botz was the long-term sub.

Ethan with his Teacher Mrs. Harren - She does such a good job with those kids!
Avery with her two best friends - Marnie and Maretta.  They had a sleepover at our house on the last day of school. They get along so well!

Ethan had his first Pee Wee Little League game this weekend and they started the season out with a WIN!!  They were so excited.  The team really looked good and they had fun!  Ethan had a few hits and even got to pitch so he was just glowing!

Here are some random pictures from over the weekend.  We didn't do a whole lot.  The boys went tenting on friday night and the girls and I stayed home as Avery had a sleepover.  Saturday we did things around home and visited Mike's parents. And Sunday was Church, doing things around home and the baseball game.  I also got in a 3 mile walk, 4 mile walk and a hour long bike ride.  Izzie came along on both of the walks and fell asleep both times.  So, I figured since the busiest one is contained and sleeping, I might as well get as long of workout in as I can!

They loved riding together!
There's nothing cuter than just a shirt, diaper and rainboots and playing in the rainwater!
Izzie pushing the neighbor Brooklyln in her bike.
What a difference a week can make on the garden!  We have had lettuce already and it was delicious!

Today is our first day home on summer vacation and so far the day has been great!  The kids all love being home together.  We filled out chore charts, went for our morning walk, got the mail and went to the park all before lunch!  I hope every day goes so well!
