Great weekend!

We had a great Memorial weekend!  We had time at home to get caught up on things and a lot of time with both family and friends.  I can't think of a better way to spend the weekend.

Friday morning I made an impromptu stop at a friends house and we had a WONDERFUL playdate.  The girls had a blast and the weather couldn't have been better, we were outside the whole time!  The girls played on the jungle gym, went into the pool and we even stayed for lunch and ate on the deck - it was perfect!  Friday night we went to Cory and Erica's house for the evening, Saturday we got some things done around the house and then visited some friends that were camping, Sunday was church and then a BBQ at our house with some friends and a bonfire with the neighbors.

And lastly on Monday we had a birthday celebration for Mike's grandpa Adam who turned 95!  He is one amazing man!  It was also my Dad's 65th birthday so we got to spend some time with him as well!

The Martin house is full of many happy, loud martins!
The girls had a blast this weekend with bubbles

The weather was perfect for suits and the sand/water table
We set up the little pool too - the water was so cold but it didn't seem to bother them!
Climbing the big sand hill at Cory and Erica's.  They are building a sand volleyball court.
Avery is our garden waterer and the little girls wanted to help
Having fun at the playdate on fri morning
First they were in the pool in their underwear!
Push-ups - my favorite!
Happy Birthday Dad and Adam!
Grandpa Adam Van Beck - 95 years old and still living a very good life.  Bowls, plays cards, still drives a little, lives on his own and he has a mind that remembers EVERYTHING!  He is amazing!
Izzie was tuckered out and fell asleep in the high chair - first time ever!
