The first major event since my last post was Nate and Heather's wedding. Mike, Avery and Olivia were all part of the wedding party. They had a beautiful day and everything went great! It was VERY busy with the two little girls at the mass and reception. Thank goodness Grandma Sally was there to take them home at 9:00, so we could dance the night away with the rest of the family and friends. The only bad part about the whole day/night was that we didn't get a nice family picture :-( We did get one at the reception but Ethan no longer had his shirt on, Izzie wasn't looking, Olivia was crying and Avery wasn't looking at the camera. As my sister said, it was a REAL family picture.
Here are some pictures from the wedding:

Say Cheese!
Avery and the Beautiful Bride Heather!
We spent 4th of July weekend at my sister's cabin. This has been an annual tradition but sadly this will be our last year as they sold their cabin. The weather was nice and we spent most of the time outside relaxing, playing baseball, bean bag toss and/or boating. On sat. night we had 25 people for dinner and 16 people stayed over. It was a packed house but we all had a great time. On the way home we stopped at a park near their cabin called Fawn-doe-rosa. The kids had a blast seeing, touching and feeding all the animals. Daddy just loved the big bucks that were so tame!
Is there a limit to how many kids you can have on a boat?
Ethan, Paige and I on the pontoon
Izzie and O on the pontoon - Iz didn't like her life jacket very much

The deer almost gave Izzie a kiss
Here is the big buck!

They were so friendly - Olivia getting close to the deer and feeding him

We found an animal with the same hair as Ethan - ha!

Kid update -
Ethan is still enjoying little league. He really likes to catch. They have there last game this sunday. He really has been a huge help at home too this summer, it has been so nice.
Avery is still doing gymnastics and loving it. She also loves playing with our new bunny Scamper. She is really becoming a pro on her bike too!
Olivia has been really enjoying summer being outside, playing in the pool and hanging out with her siblings. She loves to tag along with E and A and act like a big kid. I have to keep reminding them to be good examples as she repeats everything they do and say. Some of her new sayings include - holy cow, don't do that, why?, me too, me too, Izzie not in your mouth (She must hear me say that a hundred times a day.) She is still such a nut and makes us laugh a lot!
Izzie is close to walking and will be 1 next week! It makes me sad that she is getting so big so fast! She says "uh..oh" really well, gives kisses and hugs, shakes her head for yes and kind of says "yeah" when she is doing it, waves well and claps a little. She loves to climb steps as well as the ladder to the top bunk in E and A's room. We really have to keep an eye on her now. She is also totally off her bottle and on whole milk now too - what a big girl!
