It's that time of year again when my Mom and I get together to can as much as we can. This time it was potatoes and applesauce - and we snuck in a few apple pies too! It was my first time making apple pies from scratch and they turned out perfect! The girls really enjoying coming with and helping us and I love that they take part in these tradtions.
