We have made it a tradtion to get as many family members as we can to run or walk the Albany 5K and 1K. We still had our matching socks from last year so we all wore those again. It is so much fun to do this as a family as well as with my siblings and cousins, etc. The kids LOVE it and challenge each other to improve their time from year to year. This year Ethan and I both had PR's. It was fun to really push myself and I got my best 5K time ever - 24:21 and Ethan had a time of 26:36 (or around there). Can't wait to do it all over again next year!

And Izzie insisted on doing the full 1K instead of the shorter version. She was the last one but ran almost the whole time and LOVED every minute of it. She had a few people helping her out at the end.
