All kinds of fun stuff!

Summer vacation is here, now the weather just has to change to summer temps! We started off summer with Nate and Heather's bachelor and bachelorette parties. Mike went with the boys and all the girls went with me to Heather's shower and then we had the bachelorette party at night. It was a wonderful day and we had a great time!!

We have been keeping busy during the week with everyone home going on play dates, trips to the library and park, t-ball, little league, gymnastics, etc. It is a little hard keeping so many ages occupied and not bored but hopefully it will get easier. Izzie has been extremely BUSY the last few weeks. She is standing up on on everything and walks a little around things, falls trying to step, puts everything in her mouth, etc. You can't let her out of your sight for a minute!!

Over the weekend I went on a wonderful trip with 2 of my closest girlfriends to Chicago and we had a fabulous time! It was so nice to get away and just hang out, shop, eat, drink and not have any reason to stop doing any of them. I tried Sushi for the first time and surprisingly liked it. I am not sure if I would order it all the time but it is definitely something I will try again.

This weekend we have Munichfest and next week starts swimming lessons. I am not sure how I am going to get all of us out of the house by 7:40 each morning but I guess we have no choice. Granola bars in the van on the way are an ok breakfast right?
