Oliva turned 9 months old on Monday! It seems like yesterday that I did her 8 month post on the site! She had her checkup today and she weighs 17 pounds 14 ounces and is 27 3/4 inches long. In percentiles that transfers to 25% in weight and 50% in height. She is growing and developing right on track. She continues to move around the house and crawl backwards but just a few moves forward so far. I also took her in for her 9 month pictures today, so I will post some of those once I can get them from the website. She was a little scared of the photographer so they aren't the best but they still turned out ok.
I also have a milestone to share this week. I am now 20 weeks along! The baby is growing well and moving around a lot. I have been feeling movement for about 3 weeks now but I can tell that it is getting more consistent, which is one of my favorite things about being pregnant. We have our ultrasound on Monday, so we are looking forward to that. I will share some pics of the baby when we get them and of my growing belly too.
We had a good weekend - Friday we went to the SCSU Hockey game as a family. It was a great game and the kids loved all the action. Saturday we had our annual Valentine's dinner with a few other close couple friends. It was so nice to get together with them to visit and play games. Sunday was the usual; church, laundry, cleaning and getting ready for the week. We love our lazy Sundays!
This weekend I go on one of my annual scrapbook weekends from friday morning until sunday afternoon - I can't wait!! Mike is great about staying with the kids all weekend. I think they plan to visit grandma and maybe go to a basketball game too.
