Visit to the Cities

We try to make it to the cities a few times each summer so on our way to Auntie D's house we decided to stop in and visit a good friend of mine from high school, Andrea and her sweet son, Jed.  The kids just love to play with Jed and it was great to catch up with Andrea as well.

 We love our visits to Auntie D's.  We finally made it to the wild rumpus, which is an awesome bookstore with REAL animals living in it.  The kids loved and then we went and checked out a few other small shoppes and finished with ice cream.

It wouldn't be a trip to Auntie D's if we didn't see Ms. Lisa too. They just put in a pool and we were lucky enough to be able to use it when we were down visiting.  The kids had a BLAST!!
