Albany Heritage Days 5K

It's a tradition of ours to run the Albany 5K with as many members of the family as we can.  This year it was just the Novotny's and Mike and I and the girls. Ethan was playing in a baseball tournament and the Keefe's didn't make it down this year.  I had a great time running with Maria this year.  She is in 7th grade and running varsity cross country and doing very well!  I can't believe how grown up she is getting!

 Avery and Morgan walked and ran the 5K and the little girls did the 1K

 So proud of Maria!  It was fun running with her.
