We Tri'd it again - Green Lake Tri

Our triathlon for the summer this year was the Green Lake Tri in Spicer, MN.  I really liked the course and it wasn't too far away for me, so I think I will be going back next year.  A great group of girls again to train and race with.  I am so fortunate to have such great friends that share in the joy and fun of doing these races together!  Time was 1:27:09 - I was VERY happy with that.

We started in the rain and very chilly August morning, but it actually made the swim feel not as cold, so that was a plus.

The Tri ladies from this year - way to go guys!  SO proud of all of you.  See you back next year.

 Izzie and Mom - can't wait to do some with her someday. She is a FAST one with no fear.

They cheered so loud for me and it was just what I needed!  So happy to see their smiling faces as the end.
