Friday the kids and I had a play date with some friends. We made father's day cards, found some turtles and put them back into their natural habitat, played inside for a bit and outside.
Saturday was our annual town festival so we had activities all day long; tractor pull, baseball game, parade, kids games, and of course a polka mass. It was really a bummer that the weather didn't cooperate all day and we had to have the mass inside. A polka mass just isn't the same when it is inside the church.
Sunday we had a wonderful Father's Day! We all slept in until 8:30, visited my parents, did a litte shopping and then took in the River Bats game at night. It was a very nice family day. Michael is a GREAT father and we want him to know how much we appreciate and love him. He spends so much time with the kids and always puts them first. Most nights he doesn't take a minute for himself until all the kids are in bed - what a daddy!
I have attached some pictures from the weekend and of some of the events from last week; Avery's new hair cut and Ethan at swimming lessons.
