Lots of basketball

We had a great weekend - mostly full of basketball games. Friday night we went to Bob's and picked him and Paige up to take in the Albany girls game at the Target Center. They won the game, although it was not a pretty one. We had all the kids there and thank goodness we had Bob and Paige with us. Olivia decided that she was going to stay up until we got home. So, from the time I got her at daycare (3:15) until we got home from the game at 10:30, she did not sleep a wink! She was pretty good - just tired and a little restless. Ethan and Avery loved the target center. Ethan thinks that whenever he is there he is going to a "Major League Game". We stayed overnight at Bob's on friday night and spent the rest of the evening watching Bob and his friend play in their Guitar Hero band.

On Saturday we made our way back home just in time to watch the Albany girls on TV and they came away with the championship! I was very happy for them. I used to play in high school and we lost my senior year during the first round of state. (but that was so long ago) It was great to see the team win it all after getting so close for the last few years. Then we headed off to Deb and Tom's for dinner and they watched the kiddos while we took in the Melrose boys basketball game and then headed out with the Dusha's and met some of their friends. It was a very fun night - Mike and I don't get out just the two of us very often.

Yesterday we went to church, participated in an Easter egg hunt and then colored Easter eggs with Grandma Sally. Olivia even got to do one!

Overall, a busy but fun filled weekend -now back to the work week!
